By accessing or using the GoalPost application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BridgeMind LLC.

2. Description of Service

GoalPost is a mobile application designed to help users achieve their goals through focus session tracking, productivity analytics, goal management, and social features including leaderboards. The App uses AI-powered insights to enhance your productivity and goal achievement.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use the App, you must create an account by providing your email address, first name, and creating a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Data and Privacy

We collect and process your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users' accounts
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App

6. Focus Sessions and Goal Tracking

The App allows you to track focus sessions, set goals with weekly hour targets, and monitor your progress. While we strive for accuracy in timing and data tracking, you acknowledge that the App is a tool to assist with productivity and goal achievement, and results may vary based on individual usage.

7. Leaderboard and Social Features

The App includes leaderboard features that display anonymized productivity statistics and achievements. By participating in these features, you consent to the anonymous sharing of your focus time data and productivity metrics with other users for motivational purposes.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by BridgeMind LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. App Store Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and conditions of the app store from which you downloaded the App (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). In case of conflict between these Terms and the app store terms, these Terms shall prevail regarding your use of the App.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BridgeMind LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease, and we may delete your account and data.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
